The worthless commodity of Epurse credits

Just tried to purchase Man City cup tickets with Epurse credits that I have owing to me, due to selling my seat for previous home matches.

No such luck, the system is not working and WHUFC ticket office have no idea when it will be fixed.

More lies from the club. Ticket office manager Doris said it was her top priority to get this sorted. Obviously not top enough.

This is a continuing disgrace.

There was a bloke on K**B who was to take legal action. Don't know what's happened.
